Cloudberry curd

This curd is mellow like a summer cloud and almost as light. Curd courses belong to Easter and the golden cloudberries bring the taste of summer.

2 dl milk curd
2 dl foaming vanilla sauce
½ l cloudberries
sugar to taste

Whip vanilla sauce and mix curd into. Add cloudberries and sugar.
